Fulfillment & E-Commerce Jobs — Hiring Now

Retail fulfillment and e-commerce jobs include picking (retrieving items for online orders), packing (boxing orders for shipment), stowing (placing new inventory on shelves), and shipping (getting orders out the door). Roles often rotate to reduce repetitive strain.

Retail fulfillment and e-commerce associates typically earn $14–$20/hr depending on the employer, location and shift, with some night shifts paying extra.

Fulfillment work is active — you'll be on your feet for most of the shift, walking the floor, and lifting boxes. Most employers provide safety training and equipment, and shifts are structured with scheduled breaks.

Shifts vary by employer: common options are 8-hour full-time shifts and flexible 4–6 hour part-time shifts. During peak season (Nov–Dec) many centers add overtime and extra shifts.
